Who We Are

A movement of Filipinos, sent by faith.

International Teams Philippines is a non-stock, non-profit mission that mobilizes, equips, and deploys Filipino missionaries to the ends of the earth, so that every people group might hear the hope found in Jesus Christ.

It began in the 1980s, when foreign missionaries pioneered urban ministry among Manila’s poorest communities. When that season ended, the work did not. It passed to the Filipino church, and a nation once on the receiving end of missions became one of the great sending nations of the world.

The Global Filipino Dream

Who will tell them about Jesus?

By God’s grace, ordinary men and women, even those with limited financial resources, are crossing oceans to answer that question. Not sent by wealth or western funding, but by faith in a God who still works miracles.

“The story of God’s miracles doesn’t end here. It is just the beginning.”

What We Do

Three movements, one calling.

Every missionary we send passes through the same faithful pattern. We find them, we prepare them, and we walk with them to the field.

Mobilize

We stir the Filipino church to see the nations, calling ordinary believers off the sidelines and into the harvest through our Mobilizers Union and nine language stations.

Equip

We train before we send. Cross-cultural ministry, tentmaking, church planting, and business as mission, so workers arrive ready to serve, not just to survive.

Deploy

We send, and we stay near. Mission exposure trips, pioneering ministries, and long-term deployments, with a community that keeps every worker held in prayer.
